Program point
The program provides organization of free excursion tours for disabled people including children having different health disorders. Project is a part of the complex target program on social integration of the disabled people and other persons with health disorders of Moscow, adopted by the Moscow Government for 2007–2010.
Goal
Social and cultural rehabilitation of the city disabled people, and making cultural environment of Moscow, Moscow area and other regions accessible for them.
