The program is designed to provide access to important facilities of the social sphere (children clinics, milk kitchens, etc.) for parents with prams by building ramps in those places and storage rooms for prams. The program is financially supported by"Johnson & Johnson".

Results
In 2006–2008 reconstruction of entrances to children clinics № 97 and № 205, Consulting and Diagnostic Center for Children — Federal State Institution «Pirogov National Medical Surgical Center» was finished.
In 2009 reconstruction of entrances to children city clinics № 5, № 81, № 203, and construction of ramps and storage spaces for prams was realized.
In 2010 we reconstruct entrances and construct ramps in policlinics № 101 and № 135.
